  • A43 an der Ausfahrt Bochum-Querenburg verlassen.
  • Auf der (autobahnähnlichen) Universitätsstraße Richtung Ruhr-Universität fahren.
  • Universitätsstraße an der zweiten Ausfahrt (Fachhochschule, Uni-Ost) verlassen. Nach rechts in die Schattbachstraße einbiegen und unter der Universitätsstraße durchfahren.
  • Die Lise-Meitner-Allee ist nun die erste Straße links.

 

Anfahrt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln:

  • Das Zentrum für IT-Sicherheit ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Hustadt (U35 vom Hauptbahnhof Bochum) entfernt.
  • Der Ausgang der U-Bahn-Station liegt unter einer Brücke in der Schattbachstraße.
  • Gehen Sie vom Ausgang nach rechts (die Straße leicht bergauf).
  • Die Lise-Meitner-Allee geht nach etwa 100 Metern links von der Schattbachstraße ab.

Call for contributions

Call for contributions
Besides several invited talks by various specialists in the field, the program of AES4 contains also slots to filled in by submitted contributions. The program committee invites submissions about all aspects of the AES cipher (Rijndael).

This includes, but is not limited to the following topics:

  • cryptographic attacks on full or reduced versions
  • observations about the design that may be relevant to the security
  • protecting implementations against side-channel attacks
  • comparisons with other block ciphers

All submissions will be reviewed.Authors who wish to present their results are invited to submit a paper of at most 15 pages describing their contribution. The submission should start with a title and a short abstract summarizing the paper. The submission must be anonymous, with no author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or obvious references.

All submissions should be sent by email to .
Submissions should be in PostScript, Adobe PDF or Word format.

A volume including the accepted abstracts will be provided to the participants. The final proceedings will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science series (Volume Number 3373).

He is author of several technical publications on security and mobility topics and lectures at the University of Applied Sciences Cologne/Gummersbach.
